Our Standards

Both Directors are members of the AMSRS (Australian Marketing and Society Research Society) and AMSRO (Association of Market and Social Research Organisations) and as such agree to abide by all their standards, guidelines and ethics.

Cooper Symons and Associates are certified to ISO 20252 Market, Opinion and Social Research Standard. Previously, Cooper Symons & Associates was a founding member of the Interviewer Quality Control Australia (IQCA) scheme. Cooper Symons continues to raise “qualitative recruitment” standards which set benchmarks within the Market Research Industry.

The AltaFX computer programme is used to protect all standards and answers to screening questions are kept on file for each respondent.

List recruiters are well trained with regard to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) 2014 and strictly adhere to these guidelines.

If required, Cooper Symons has no problems in requesting respondents to produce photo ID or clients re-screening respondents prior to their admittance to groups.
